Service Update: Home Hub "Favourite Position" Resolution

We have identified a temporary issue affecting the Favourite (Intermediate) Position on some Home Hubs following a recent firmware update. Our development team is currently finalizing a permanent fix.
In the meantime, please follow these steps to restore full functionality for your customers:
Action Required: Work-Around Steps
Standard Setup: Complete the initial Hub setup as usual and ensure the device remains plugged in and connected to the internet.
Important: During the setup process, if you are prompted to "Update Firmware," please decline.
Get Home Hub Details: Take a clear photo of the back of the Hub (showing the identification labels) and email it to info@tmblinds.com.
Please include your name and order details in the email.
Our developers will use this information to manually push the corrected firmware to the device remotely.

Customer Communication: Inform your customer that a minor firmware glitch is being addressed. Assure them that the update will be applied remotely by our technical team and that the "Favourite Position" feature will be fully functional shortly thereafter.
Note: There is no need to return the hardware. The fix is handled entirely remotely once we receive the device details.
